Access data

When you visit our website, Hélison receives the following access data; this data is stored for security purposes and can in principle be used for identification purposes:

the name of your Internet service provider
the country you come from
the website from which you accessed our site
the keyword used if you access our site through a search engine

the user tools (web browser, operating system) you used to access the site

Personal data

Hélison uses encryption processes in protected areas to ensure the secure transmission of your data. This means that communication between your browser and, for example, our ordering system cannot be read by other Internet users.

Transfer of personal data to third parties

Helison provides its services in collaboration with its approved partners. These partners are subject to the same strict data protection provisions and are also integrated into Hélison’s data protection concept. Personal data is only transferred

for processing order data, e.g., in the case of online orders
on a case-by-case basis, if you have given your prior consent.

Other information, such as voluntary information about your interests, is not passed on to third parties by Hélison. Personal data is only passed on to national authorities and institutions in accordance with legal or judicial obligations.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that payment experiences, in particular regarding undisputed and unpaid claims after the due date, as well as, where applicable, information on legal proceedings and identification data (such as name, addresses, date of birth, email, telephone and mobile numbers) are transmitted to CRIF AG in Zurich for legal use as a credit agency. CRIF will use the data to verify your identity, creditworthiness, and fraud prevention, and will disclose it to authorized third parties. Payment experiences may be analyzed by CRIF using mathematical and statistical calculation methods for automated decision-making, in particular for assessing a person’s creditworthiness. Right of withdrawal

If you send a written request to Hélison or your representative to correct, delete, or stop using your personal data, we will of course comply immediately. If you are registered as a user, we also give you the option to view your data yourself and, if you wish, to modify or delete it.

Cookies

When you click on content on the Social Media Wall, your IP address is transmitted to the relevant social media provider and stored, processed, and used in accordance with its privacy policy.
